Michael began his career in real estate in 1988, alongside his father, Commander Cutter Huling, USN (RET).  Cutter began a second career in real estate after retiring from 33 years of service as an officer in the United States Navy.  They had the pleasure to work together for over twenty years, until Cutter's official retirement.  Shortly after that time, Michael's wife, Heather, came on board to continue the family legacy of providing exceptional service to their real estate clients.

Heather is a Top Producing Realtor, Associate Broker, Luxury Property Specialist licensed in Virginia and in North Carolina.  She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist a GUILD Member of the International Luxury Home Marketing Foundation, a staging consultant and a Notary Public.  She enjoys working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors.
